چکیده
ABSTRACT Introduction: Declining physical quality, health status, and being overweight cause many college students to have problems. Continuous moderate-intensity exercise has become a widely used method for healthy people. Objective: Explore the outcome of continuous on students' body fat rate maximal oxygen uptake. Methods: The experiment will last eight weeks. control group did not practice other systematized exercises except daily activity extracurricular sports. In addition activities, experimental also performed training in education classes. Results: group, average decreased by 1.66%, content reduced 1.21kg, skeletal muscle increased 1.44 compared that before training. Vital capacity ventilatory showed significant changes (P<0.05), which changed most significantly (P<0.01), from 79.63 ± 19.97L/min test 98.65 26.06L/min, with an gain 19.02L/min. Conclusion: Moderate-intensity sports can effectively improve cardiorespiratory function current students, increase uptake, reduce rate, fitness, aiming achieve healthier physique. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigating treatment outcomes.

Moderate dose of watercress and red radish does not reduce oxygen consumption during graded exhaustive exercise
Objective: Very recent studies have reported positive effects of dietary nitrate on the oxygen consumption during exercise. This research aimed to study the effect of moderate dose of high-nitrate vegetables, watercress (Nasturtium officinale) and red radish (Raphanus sativus) compared with a control group on the incremental treadmill exercise test following a standard Bruce protocol controlled...
متن کاملDetermination of the exercise intensity that elicits maximal fat oxidation.
PURPOSE The aim of this study was to develop a test protocol to determine the exercise intensity at which fat oxidation rate is maximal (Fat(max)). METHOD Eighteen moderately trained cyclists performed a graded exercise test to exhaustion, with 5-min stages and 35-W increments (GE(35/5)). In addition, four to six continuous prolonged exercise tests (CE) at constant work rates, corresponding t...
متن کاملMetabolic and hormonal responses to isoenergetic high-intensity interval exercise and continuous moderate-intensity exercise.
This study investigated the effects of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) vs. work-matched moderate-intensity continuous exercise (MOD) on metabolism and counterregulatory stress hormones. In a randomized and counterbalanced order, 10 well-trained male cyclists and triathletes completed a HIIT session [81.6 ± 3.7% maximum oxygen consumption (V̇o2 max); 72.0 ± 3.2% peak power output; 792 ± 9...
متن کاملPhylogenetic analysis of mammalian maximal oxygen consumption during exercise.
We compiled published values of mammalian maximum oxygen consumption during exercise ( ) and supplemented these data with new measurements of for the largest rodent (capybara), 20 species of smaller-bodied rodents, two species of weasels and one small marsupial. Many of the new data were obtained with running-wheel respirometers instead of the treadmill systems used in most previous measurement...
متن کاملEffect of Moderate-Intensity Exercise Training on Peak Oxygen Consumption in Patients With Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy: A Randomized Clinical Trial.
Importance Formulating exercise recommendations for patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is challenging because of concern about triggering ventricular arrhythmias and because a clinical benefit has not been previously established in this population. Objective To determine whether moderate-intensity exercise training improves exercise capacity in adults with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. ...
